It’s the thick of summer, and here in the South, and we are feeling every muggy bit of it. It’s times like these I’m grateful to live in the mountain climate where we at least get a bit of relief. However, I just can’t seem to stay away from the coast! Y’all know by now Charleston has my heart. So when Adelle wanted to have her senior session in Charleston I was all in! She and her mom drove from and we had the best time together.
There isn’t much better than the historic charm, vibrant colors, tasty cuisine, and fabulous shopping. As you can imagine, I jump at any opportunity that comes along to shoot a session there. Adelle and her family feel the same way, which is why every year they vacation in the Isle of Palms, just outside Charleston.
As a photographer, you cannot deny there are infinite possibilities as far as shooting locations. Everywhere you look there is beauty to be found. The private residences and buildings alone offer a variety of lush landscaping and stunning architectural details. Around every turn, you’ll find something new and exciting. For Adelle’s session, we adventured in the city for three hours and had the best time. We explored Chalmers Street, Rainbow Row, and Hampton Park. Lastly, we ended up in the beautiful Isle of Palms.
I hope you agree Adelle’s images turned out flawless, all of her boutique dresses had my jaw on the floor. If you’re looking to have your senior session in Charleston, let’s chat!
