NC Arboretum Engagement Session in Asheville

I’m so excited to share Elisabeth and Malachi’s engagement session on the blog with you all! This couple is so sweet, and I have loved getting to know them both. Their NC Arboretum engagement session was so much fun to do!

The NC Arboretum is beautiful any time of year! It has so many great places to take engagement photos. The lighting in the winter time is gorgeous through the trees.

Elisabeth and Malachi met in high school and started dating their sophomore year. These two high school sweethearts have been dating for four years now and are planning their dream fall wedding in Asheville! Malachi proposed one night while they were out at dinner. They were getting their photo taken and he got down on one knee and popped the question!

When I asked them what their favorite thing about each other was, Elisabeth said she loved how ambitious he is. He is compassionate, caring, and so ambitious. I am so excited to see the big things these two will do together! Malachi said he loved that Elisabeth is passionate about everything she does. She is independent, loving, and cares for everyone around her.

I’m so excited for their wedding day this September at The Barn at Tall Oaks Farm in Asheville! They are both so excited to make it official and be surrounded by all their family and friends. View some of my favorite photos from their NC Arboretum engagement session below!
