Winter Engagement at Homewood in Asheville

Abigail and Avery had such a fun winter engagement session at Homewood in Asheville! This day was freezing, but you can’t even tell in these photos from all the fun we were having.

These two met in February of 2021 at the gym. They had their very first date together on Valentines day! They have been inseparable ever since! Avery proposed to Abigail on December 19th in front of the Christmas tree at their church.

We took their engagement photos at Homewood here in Asheville, which is a beautiful historic 1920s stone manor. It is so elegant and charming for portraits. I love the stone look! It reminds me of a European castle.

Abigail and Avery had two outfits for engagement photos! They started out with a causal look. Abigail wore a velvet red dress with a black leather jacket. Avery wore a grey button down with jeans. For their second outfit, they dressed it up! Abigail wore a long silver dress with beading, and Avery wore a button down and tie.
