Downtown Charleston Summer Engagement

Melanie and Joe at getting married at Harborside East in Mt. Pleasant next June! Joe popped the question to Melanie at the end of April, so of course we had to celebrate a downtown Charleston summer engagement session! Even though Charleston can get hot in the summertime, it is still beautiful and in full bloom.

These two found me on Facebook. As soon as we met, it was the perfect fit. I had so much fun getting to know them and hear about their wedding plans next year in Mt. Pleasant!

As you all know, Charleston is my favorite place for engagement photos! Every street has something unique and fun to add for photos. For this session we went to many of my favorite locations in Historic Downtown Charleston, around Rainbow Row and the Battery! The flower boxes and greenery this time of year is stunning so we couldn’t pass it up.
