NC Arboretum Senior Portraits with Liz

Summer spent in the gardens of the NC Arboretum is just as romantic as it sounds. For this reason, I adore shooting sessions of all kinds here – families, engagements, and of course, seniors. Liz’s NC Arboretum senior portraits were no exception!

What’s even more special than shooting in a gorgeous location? Knowing a family traveled to Asheville from out of state and chose me as their photographer, sight unseen! That’s exactly what Liz and her family did this summer. Knowing they’d be taking a summer vacation in the Asheville area from Elizabethtown, PA, Liz’s mom did a search for a senior photographer in the area and took a chance on me. I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity! It’s never lost on me how much trust clients are putting in me and my work, especially when they’ve never worked with me before. That is something I don’t take lightly!

Liz looked absolutely radiant; she had her hair and makeup done by Pop of Color. She chose a few outfits that fit her style, which she describes as sporty and comfortable. She added a few casual dresses in the mix, and I think she looked gorgeous, wouldn’t you agree? I wish you all the best in your next chapter, Liz!
