Hello and welcome!! I am so glad that you are interested in the Tracy Waldrop Photography Senior Rep Team! This year will be my third senior rep team and I'm so excited to dive right in and make the most of this year with styled shoots, mini sessions and so much more!! If you know me, you know that seniors are a favorite part of my business!!
The team is focused on young ladies who are involved in their school and in their community, who represent themselves well on social media and in their lives. Although you will receive LOTS of gorgeous photos, there is so much more to being a part of this team of girls.
The girls create lifelong friendships and memories with each other (and me!) and we have so much fun. These girls will be your best hype team ever. Being a senior rep for Tracy Waldrop Photography means you have the opportunity to represent the face of Tracy Waldrop Seniors!
Senior Reps receive perks including a complimentary mini session before your senior year, digital images to share online, participation in multiple styled shoots, your full senior session, potential to earn referral bonuses, and more!

what exactly is a twp Senior REP?
My senior reps are a group of high school seniors based in Western NC who work with me for their entire senior year. You are the face of my senior business. You represent my brand.
Senior Reps receive multiple shoots with me beginning in June before their senior year all the way to cap and gown photos for their graduation. The girls share about my business and their experiences with me and the rest of the senior rep team.

Senior Rep Requirements
Attend a meet and greet for all senior reps and your first styled shoot (June 7, 2025)
Attend at least 2 of the styled shoots with the whole team
Use TWP as their sole photographer during their senior year (with the exception of hired photographers for sports, dances, and yearbook)
Post on social media frequently about Tracy Waldrop Seniors.
Notify your parents of your application. Your parent will be contacted first if you are selected.
Book your senior session with TWP for a total of $850. This is the ONLY fee associated with the program, and can be earned back through cash referrals!)

As a TWP Senior Spokesmodel you have the opportunity to meet other seniors from other schools and participate in several styled shoots along with your own styled senior portrait session.
There is no fee required to submit an application. If selected as a member of the Senior Spokesmodel Team, your initial investment is $850 which you can earn back through referrals. I will also offer customized photo albums at the end of the year at an additional cost. These can include photos from every shoot you were involved in. There is also the option to do an add on destination shoot in Charleston, South Carolina, for $300. (See info below under Spring Travel Session)
3-5 outfits
Absolutely not!! Anybody is welcome to apply whether you're in a public or private school or home-schooled. If you're willing to travel to the Buncombe County area then I would LOVE to have you as part of the team!!
You receive an individual 2 hour senior session at a location of your choice. There will be a styled shoot in June before your senior year for the entire team and a cap and gown shoot at the end of the year. I will also be having seasonal group shoots (but this part is dependent on my availability). Travel fees can apply for your individual session if you choose a location that is outside of 60 miles of Buncombe County, NC.
This is sometimes both the easiest and hardest decision. I choose young women who not only value myself and my business, but want to help create a better world around them. I look for the young women who aren’t afraid to be brave, speak out on what they're passionate about and give back to their community. I look for those who choose to be involved in their school, community events, church events and those who fit well with my style!
I look for girls who can prove they would be an epic role model. Girls with clean social media accounts, a sweet outlook on life and who want to experience something incredible together! I look for girls who aren’t afraid to make new friends and ones that are outgoing and excited for this experience.
There is no particular number that I have in mind each year. My goal is to make sure that I have chosen seniors that represent my business well and want to benefit from the many photoshoots that are offered with my program. The TWP Senior Rep team is a group of sweet senior girls from local Asheville & surrounding area high schools that are passionate about their upcoming senior year, present within their community, and excited to be a part of the TWP family! Different than a normal Senior Experience, as being a senior rep lasts the entirety of their senior year.
Add-On Options
If you are chosen for the senior rep team, you will have the opportunity to add on the following options at significantly reduced rates. These add-ons can only be applied at the time of application. Meaning, if you would like to add these on at a reduced rate, this needs to be specified on the application. If this is not specified on your application and written into your payment plan, these reduced rates will no longer apply (and if you choose to add something in the future, it will charged at my normal rates).
options:
- Add on a 30-minute "Best Friend's Session" for $200 (normally $300)
- Add on a 30-minute "Family Session) for $200 (normally $300)
- Add on an 8x8 album with 40 of your favorite senior images for $300 (normally $350)
Spring Travel Session 2026
I will be offering a destination shoot add-on, not included in the senior team cost. There is an additional fee for the session ($200 per senior) and that includes two shoots, mini session with the Pink Figgy, dinner, breakfast and snacks. Hotel arrangements and travel to and from Charleston is the responsibility of the senior and their parents.
This is the perfect opportunity for a little pre-graduation get away. I mean who doesn't want to have a fun mama/daughter weekend? This trip is completely optional!
We will be traveling to Charleston, South Carolina March of 2026 for a weekend of fun. We will meet Friday evening and shoot around downtown historic Charleston for the first session and then the head to Folly Beach or Isle of Palms the following morning for a sunrise photo session. If you know me you know I love Charleston and I absolutely LOVE making this an annual event!!
