I’m so excited to share Sierra and Mark’s engagement session on the blog today!! Their NC Arboretum engagement session is absolutely stunning and it was hard to choose favorites for the blog!
Sierra and Mark met in August 2018 at a summer camp on a lake in Ohio. He was the pastor’s son and she noticed him right away. She said they ended up hanging out all week and became really close. They stayed friends for years and then she saw him in a ice cream shop unplanned! He drove down to North Carolina to meet her family and start dating. He would drive 16 hours to come see her every weekend!
The NC Arboretum is one of my favorite places around Asheville to take engagement photos. It is absolutely beautiful any time of year! The gardens and fountains are my favorite!
They had two different outfits for their engagement session. Their first outfit was dressier, and Sierra wore a red floor length dress. It was beautiful and I love the way it pops in their photos! Their second outfit was more causal and something they would wear for a date night.
I have loved getting to know these two and I can’t wait to be a part of their wedding day! It’s going to be so much fun!! View some of my favorites from their NC Arboretum engagement session below!
