Every year, from mid-April through the end of May, the estate transforms into a floral wonderland, bursting with vibrant tulips, azaleas, and other breathtaking blooms. It’s the perfect setting for a family photo session, especially when that family is celebrating something as special as a new addition!

Recently, I had the joy of photographing a beautiful family of six, soon to be seven, at Biltmore during peak bloom season. With tulips dancing in the breeze and the lush gardens providing a dreamy backdrop, every moment felt like a scene from a storybook. The excitement of welcoming their newest little one made the session even more heartwarming.

One of my favorite things about this session was capturing the sweet moments between the siblings—excited giggles, gentle hugs, and playful twirls in the gardens. The anticipation of meeting their newest family member was so evident in every glance and embrace. And of course, we made sure to highlight mom’s radiant maternity glow, surrounded by the beauty of spring.
