Mary and Matthew are the sweetest laid back couple and I loved capturing their wedding day at Lewis Farm in Weaverville! This is a beautiful rustic venue in the mountains and it was perfect for their outdoor wedding day.

Her father married the two of them during their ceremony, and it was so sweet! I love when family are incorporated into wedding ceremonies. Mary and Matthew read their vows to each other before the wedding instead of doing a first look. His reaction to seeing her walk down the aisle was so special.

They had colorful and vibrant flowers throughout their wedding day for all the decorations and it was so fun to photograph. I loved seeing so many beautiful colors and taking their detail photos to start the day! She had a gorgeous blue sapphire engagement ring, and it matched the bridesmaids dresses perfectly.

One of my favorite details from their wedding day was Mary’s veil. Her wedding veil was made custom by Bridal by Valeria from Ukraine. The headpiece part of the veil was from her mother’s original veil, and it was sewn into the main part of her veil.

Another amazing detail was the wedding favors! Matthew loves beekeeping, and he owns a company called “The Bee Guy.” They both worked together to handmake soap infused with the honey from his hives. This was such a sentimental favor for their guests to enjoy after the wedding day.
