Summer Wedding at Chestnut Ridge | Bethany and Drew

Bethany and Drew are finally married! I am so excited to share some of my favorites from their summer wedding at Chestnut Ridge with you today!

They had a beautiful intimate wedding with about 45 of their closest friends and family. The NC mountains were really showing off with some perfect weather for them. What I loved the most was how laid back and relaxing this wedding day was. Overall, it was the perfect day. These two are just as sweet as can be and they deserved every ounce of it.

Before the ceremony, Drew and Bethany had a private first look. His reaction to seeing her for the first time was so sweet. These are always some of my favorite moments on wedding days! After they had a few moments to spend alone together, we took some portraits of the two of them before their ceremony.

They held their ceremony in the pavilion at Chestnut Ridge and they were married by Drew’s papaw. Seeing everyone’s reactions as she walked down the aisle was just breathtaking.

Summer Wedding at Chestnut Ridge with Mountain Views

Afterwards, we took photos in one of my favorite spots at Chestnut Ridge! At the top of the hill you can see all the rolling mountains and the venue in the background. It’s stunning for portraits! Her pink bridesmaids dresses and red florals really popped off the background of that NC Mountain view too!

Their reception night was so much fun! Even with an intimate wedding, it’s possible to have a lot of fun and party all night long. At the end of the night, they had a fun sparkler exit. Be sure to scroll to the bottom, because it’s one of my favorites!

I have had the incredible honor of watching Bethany grow up over the years. Getting to capture her wedding day was just amazing. Enjoy some of my favorites from their beautiful summer wedding at Chestnut Ridge!
