I met Brooke and her mom a little over a year and a half ago when they first started wedding planning. I noticed right away the quiet meek spirit Brooke had along with a genuine kindness. A few months later I met Michael and Brooke at Biltmore for their engagement session and couldn’t help but see the strong love and compassion they had for each other.

I don’t think I’ve ever photographed a wedding where the entire church was filled to capacity with friends and family with standing room only. I grew up in a small country church and I know the close ties you have with your church family. What was even more special was, Brooke’s grandfather married Michael and Brooke. What a special moment that will never be forgotten. I must say I cry at almost every wedding I photograph, but especially at this one because the tears flowed down on Brooke & Michael’s face as they saw each other for the first time.

Thank you both for choosing me to document your special day! It was truly a pleasure serving you both. I wish you joy, happiness and a love and closeness that only God can give you both.
